About Strategic Environmental Testing
We have decades of experience in the Construction, Restoration and Environmental Industry. Founder Aaron Guritz is well known in the Tucson and surrounding areas for his expertise and practical experience in all phases of building construction and efficiency and indoor environmental safety. While working in the Restoration industry as a project manager and estimator, Aaron inspected thousands of jobs for mold, lead and asbestos. Seeing projects thru from start to finish for mold remediation and asbestos abatement. Strategic Environmental Testing provides the knowledge and experience to conduct professional inspection and testing services necessary to meet Government, State and Local guidelines and codes and will design site specific testing procedures to resolve any indoor environmental concern.

We started Strategic Environmental to provide our customers with a unbiased investigative and testing services to help identify and improve the health and efficiency of their home or business. We have worked in the industry for over 26 years and have found that often clients were being overcharged for services they did not need, and reports that fell short from giving them the information they needed or wanted. Strategic Environmental Testing experience has taught us that honest, impartial information that the building owner or occupant can use to make informed decisions is the best advice.
Our Mission
To work closely with our clients and provide accurate assessments with quality and timeliness results for mold, asbestos, lead, indoor air quality, formaldehyde, VOC’s and other environmental concerns. Help ensure that the reason or cause for their concerns is identified and reported accurately. We rule in or rule out indoor air quality issues related to health concerns, survey buildings for hazardous materials and consult with our clients on a plan of action in the event remediation or abatement services or other services are needed to correct the problem at hand.
